Using the picture chart, please enter the number of the body and the letter of the hair for each person.
 
If you would like a person to wear a hat put which one after their letter (e.g Mum 13d, Teen 6gSanta, Child 2g) If you add each child’s age that would help with the sizing of them.

You can cut and paste these questions and then just fill out the answers and then email them to info@magicmonkeybooths.co.uk with your order number.
 
I will create your picture and send you a watermarked mock up, let me know if anyone needs to be made bigger/smaller and I will make any adjustments and then send you the finished image (the finish picture will not have a watermark).
